The study aims to reveal the relationship between environmental variables and the structure of the fish and crustacean communities using canonical correspondence analysis (CCA). CCA analysis results indicated that the fish and crustacean benthic communities between shallow (5, 10 m) and deep (30 m) sites had difference in species composition and seasonal abundance changing.
