Rationale:
Varied points of view shape the way we live with forests and the environment. Forests viewed by a forester, a scientist, an educator, an architect, or common people will be valued differently. The value of forests viewed by people in Europe, Asia or Africa, viewed from the sky or viewed from a trekking path will also be distinct. In order to widen and exchange viewpoints we will gather together to plant a tree and talk about an experimental forest with a long history. University students will also learn how to research about forests and propose interventions in the forest.
